Chumphon Climate
Chumphon experiences wet and dry seasons due to its tropical climate. The temperatures for both seasons are relatively mild but can exceed 90°F (32°C); annual rainfall measures about 100 inches (2,540 mm) or more. The monsoon season occurs October through March, and rainfall during this time can cause excessive flooding.
