Hotel is on a quiet street, less than 5 mins walk from Marylebone High Street. Room was excellent, with modern decor and facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

In a convenient and quiet location, the hotel appears a little tired, but the room was a good size, well furnished, and good value at the price I paid. I would go there again.

Generally the hotel was good in terms of location and character, however, the beds were terribly old and one could feel the mattress springs digging into ones body when sleeping. Smoking was allowed in the communal waiting areas which was very unpleasant. Toilet seats were visibly old and could do with replacing, as could the shower fittings. Dangerously old carpets that could trip one up when walking over them. The breakfast was not pleasant, with very bad coffee. Todays traveller is now so much more selective in terms of good coffee, this is one of the smaller things one can change which makes a big difference.
