Excellent 5 star boutique hotel. The rate we got from HotelClub was far below the normal rate. We never had breakfast in the hotel - not at 19 € each!, but enjoyed our stay. The view from the "balcony" in our room was amazing, over the rooftops of Tallin. The room was a bit on the small side for a luxury hotel, but was clean, tastefully decorated and vey comfortable.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Beautifully designed premises, everything you could need in the bedrooms inc. fluffy bathrobes & slippers, complimentary bottle of wine + brandy miniature. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Staff charming, polite, helpful & friendly. Breakfast very good, dinner absolutely excellent, service impeccable, Very close to town centre, everything within walking distance inc. opera house. Can't recommend highly enough!!

we enjoyed the Telegraaf very much, no problems with anything and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is well situated and very convenient foe the old town.
