Telecom International Hotel Kunming Guest Reviews
Good value for money but the hotel does look dated and tired. The room smelt a bit musty from cigarette smoke although it was meant to be non-smoking. Breakfast had reasonable number of choices. Although we didn't expect people to speak English well, we found the front desk staff had almost no English compared with other hotels we stayed in so we felt we were left hanging when we had some queries about the room deposit. The front foyer ambience was very open and felt exposed. The housekeeping staff were very obliging and brought us up a new safe (ours wasn't working) and bottles of water, towels and toilet paper when we rang up for them. Bring your phrase book!
