The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming and the facilities very clean and comfortable, and quite roomy. The motel backs onto some lovely bushland and is a few blocks form the waterfront.

Love the spaciousness! Nice friendly staff!! But would appreciate if they specify that Tea Garden is 1 hour by ferry to Nelson Bay(capital of Port Stephen), so that we can do a better trip-planning. The motel location kinda limits our activities at Nelson Bay because we need to catch the earliest ferry(10am) to Nelson Bay and latest ferry back to Tea Gardens(330pm). In the end, we only had 11am till 3pm to hurry through our activities. Would recommend the stay if you are touring mainly Tea Garden & Hawk Nest of Port Stephens. Thanks for the wonderful service!!

The service from the owners was excellent, really nice and friendly people. The rooms were clean and the location is good. The only thiong that would be better would be food and drink on site.

Was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of the owners. The room was very nice and spotlessly clean. For an older establishment it was very good and value for money.
