Tas Hotel Belgrade Guest Reviews
The hotel is situated up many flights of stairs - the elevator was not working and does not appear to have been working for some time. A receptionist at the hotel laughed at us when we inquired whether someone could help get our heavy suitcases up the stairs. This same receptionist was also very rude when it was suggested that the details of the hotel are misrepresented on the internet. There is a pool and health gym downstairs but it is NOT connected with the hotel, quite contrary to the hotel's website implications. In the room, the A/C was out of action too. The only things in this hotel's favour are its location (central) and the nice (more senior) receptionist who was sympathetic to feedback on her colleague etc.
