A tired establishment that has a cockroach problem, at least in the room I stayed in. Not many places to choose from in Lautoka; this is probably the best of a bad bunch.

Was not the four star resort it claimed to be. Water from the tap was rust coloured and could not be used for drinking. Room was very basic with air conditioner not working and very basic facilities. Quite disappointing really.

very friendly and excellent service from all staff of this hotel. I had a very enjoyable time during my stay at Tanoa Waterfront hotel in Lautoka.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good if you want to stay in Lautoka, otherwise it's easier to stay in Nadi if you are going out to any of the island. Rooms were large and fitted with most modern conveniences.

The staff were courteous but not over the top.. the restaurant was good, the staff were generally helpful.. One negative was that they told us we could walk to the wharf for our rendezvous with Blue lagoon cruises.. We were supposed to meet at blue lagoon offices on the main road. It would have been nice if they knew that and told us that..
