This hotel has everything I wanted on my vacation--beach-side to a beautiful beach, spacious, nice pools, centrally located. I certainly recommend this area of CR and this hotel!!

It was fantastic. I thought Mexico was an ideal vacation but, Tamarindo has it beat, hands down.

The Ocean View room location was perfect as it was located right on the beach. The rooms need updating and some cleaning. The big problem was the hot water, or should I say the lack of hot water. It gets warm but you aren't going to get a hot shower at this hotel. The staff didn't really have an answer and they seem to be well aware of the problem. Muy Tico! I would recommend the hotel based on the fantastic location but you should be aware of the drawbacks.

My wife and I spent 10 days visiting Costa Rica and enjoyed our last 4 nights at the Tamarindo Diria Beach & Golf Resort. We both wished we had arrived earlier! The view from the room was refreshing and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking lush trees and the beautiful swimming pool. They have a phenomenal restaurant overlooking the ocean with gorgeous palm trees! The staff was very helpful and assisted us several times as we utilized their surfboard check room. My wife and I have traveled the world and few resorts match the environment created by the Tamarindo Diria!
