many places in the quite new hotel allready "broken" or in spa tiles was off, but noone seems to fix those. that is a shame.

Near the ferry terminals (especially A, B & C). About a 15 minute walk to the old town/city centre. Probably the best looking hotel building I've ever stayed in. Swimming pool area looked amazing, although during my 2 night stay I did not have time to use it. During a longer stay I certainly would've paid to go in there.

I think it is a good hotel and good value. The location is being developed, but is only 5 minutes walk from either the start of the Old Town or one of the ferry terminals. Our room was a standard one of ample size and comfortable beds. The spa and pools are good, as was the steam-room, though it would be better if hotel guests also had access to the saunas as part of the room-rate. The reception staff were also generally helpful and efficient, allowing a slightly later check-out to facilitate us. The porters were also helpful. The food quality and variety were fine. The only downside was that, especially as the hotel was busy, the breakfast period was chaotic, with too few seats and tables, badly sited drinks dispensers, etc, and a general lack of direction and signage that had people jostling for space and generally milling about. However, if that was attended to, I would be more than happy to stay there again.
