Location
Talay Karon Beach Resort is ideally located in the city of Phuket and just 10 minutes drive from Patong-Phuket's popular shopping and entertainment. Shrine of the Serene Light, Simon Cabaret and Wat Chalong Phuket Temples are few interesting tourist spots of the city.

Talay Karon Beach Resort in Phuket offers three onsite restaurants, Joe Kool's, Castle Bar & Grill and World News Coffee serving delicious American dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A wide variety of cocktails are also available.

NOTE: Talay Karon Beach Resort is closing its doors to facilitate a full renovation from July 31 2011 to August 2012. All bookings made from the said dates will be transferred to Marriott Courtyard in Patong Beach with no extra charge.

Small swimming pools, poor style. Internet access is really slow and most websites were blocked. Walking distance to the Karon beach main street but not many choices of food and shopping. I book it with a cheap price and it worths. However, I won't recommend it if you have high expectation on your trip.

Very relaxing atmosphere and a haven for kids holidaying in phuket. World class customer service and food was fresh and cheap. highly recommended in Keron beach area.
