Even after making a prepaid confirmed reservation for a double occupancy room with extra bed (3 Adults); I had to ask for the extra bed to be placed in the room. No extra towel given for the 3rd person. Air conditioning was not good in the room. No sense of hospitality by the front desk staff – wrong attitude. Not a great value for money spent.
