An excellent Hotel with spacious rooms and bath rooms. Best value for money hotel. Would only stay in this hotel if ever I have to visit Dubai.

The breakfast was terrible and worse than a four star hotel. Even after talking to the head cheif about not having enough of the continenal dishes at the breakfast buffet, nothing was done and they still served four to five different curries and spicy dishes which was not eaten at the end of the shift as we were always last to leave. Towels in the rooms were torn and I have never seen that from a five star hotel. The staff were friendly and tried to help but managment needs serious attention because the overall standard was three star order line four star.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel - I wish it could have been extended. The service provided was first class, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Our room was excellent, very spacious, extremely comfortable and well appointed. The hotel's facilities are excellent, pool, gym, business centre, restaurants, beauty! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

All in all a very good hotel. Rooms are excellent and well appointed. I would recommend the Taj Palace as a good choice for a business or vacation stay.
