You could have a mini film theatre within the hotel especially screening some BENGALI local movies or hits. It could make the STAY quite a little more pleasant and informative.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. However, there are some things that could be better. For example, the bathroom tub, and sink occasionally stops up. And, the restaurant menu could offer more choices. Other than that, I have no complaints.

A very welcome respite from the rigors of Kolkata. In my opinion, the Taj Bengal was superior to even the Taj Mahal, Mumbai - which says a lot. Great rate from asia-hotels.com made it all the more better!

I found each and every staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful. One duty manager (I do not wish to mention his name) needs more training in customer service.
