the hotel is looking tired and as a 4* does not come up to expectations, they are expecting to refurbish soon, the casino is not operating and they are a long way from town, saying all that the staff could not have been nicer

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean and made up every day. Comfortable beds. I think it was good value for the price.
