Tahiti Village Resort & Spa Las Vegas Guest Reviews
First, they don't tell you when you make the reservation that there is a nightly resort fee. This adds up quick and since this place is a few miles from the strip you will probably have a car so the shuttle to the casinos included in the resort fee isn't much use. The one thing I tried to use that is included in the resort fee, WiFi, is only available in the lobby and just barely. The lobby attendant told me you have to sit in a certain hallway for the best reception and I was still getting bumped off. The first night you arrive, they only give you a one day parking pass and make you return the next day for a pass for the remainder of your stay. Why? The room does have a microwave and small refrigerator. The room we got was a suite with a queen size bed and fold out couch. The mattresses on both were very uncomfortable. The room was clean, the towels and sheets were clean but everything was old appearing. The sheets and towels looked like they had been washed and dried way beyond their life expectancy. The front door would only open if you first pulled it closed hard. The front desk staff overall just seemed like they were annoyed with any questions or concerns. When I asked why I wasn't told about the resort fee, I was told I did not read the fine print. The one thing this place has over other hotels is the swimming area. My kids really liked the lazy river. Overall, the reason we thought we would like to stay away from the usual hotel casinos is for more amenities. This hotel doesn't have that special something. The swimming area was the only plus to me. The aged room, uncomfortable beds, disinterested staff, internet that only worked in the lobby (barely) and the resort fee really turned me off. I can't recommend it.

It was good to see and do Vegas again. We hadn't been there it the last five years. It was our first time at the Tahiti village and it was great. Much better than a hotel. We had the single condo side and it felt like having two hotel rooms together. It was close to the big hotels and casinos. Shopping across the street. Restaurants on site and across the street. The pool even had a sandy beach. Loved it all.

Super friendly staff. Adequate parking. Great room value for price paid. Well appointed room fixtures. A little far from the strip for walking.

on a family 21st birthday we stayed here, it was a perfect location for everyone! We stayed in a two bedroom suite it was huge with tons of room for everyone. A calm location and close to shopping for the older people in our party and a great FREE shuttle to the strip every 30 mins for the younger members. And a beautiful pool, spa area for everyone with the exception of a very cold lazy river and rude, lazy lifeguards. One major downfall was no free wifi, other than that we will return for more family vacations.

Positives: easy access to outlet mall, chain store restaurants, wide, well-lit hallways, great outdoor grilling area, great landscaping, exercise room, mini store/gift shop, computer access for printing boarding passes, near up-scale Town Square Mall, lovely pool area, spa Negatives: lots of cigarrette butts, empty beer cans and bottles along walkways and in hot tub area
