The staff at the desk is very helpful... in perfect English. I frequently used public transport on Nevsky Prospect... it is quite convenient to the Hermitage and the churches . The breakfast is very good... quality food and a good variety. The area is safe.

Excellent Hotel in a Great Location. The Staff were very helpful and made our stay very pleasent. Highly recommended.

The reception staff were kind to allocate us a bigger twin room (Room 21B) when she observed our oversize bags and loads of plastic bags we carried with us.
