had a interesting time at hotel door man was very helpful nothing was to much trouble he was great even tracked us down an atm so we could asscess money. would bring a circus card next time. visa does not work at some. the pool is not worth 6dollars a swim.

I enjoyed the hotel very much except for one particular item. We had to pay seperately to use the hotel pool and excercise facilities. I have never heard of such a situation. Other than that I was satisfied.

Room was a fantastic value for money. Breakfast buffet was not up to standard for the price and was of poor quality. I would stay at the hotel again, but would not have the buffet.

I must say that Crowne Plaza room is very well equipped with all the amenities. The room is very well kept and clean. It is just within 10 - 15 minutes drive from Jeju airport. The hotel is surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. One minor hiccup was that we did not know that during Autumn time, the hotel does not turn on the aircon. It was kind of stuffy but only when we ask the reception about this then we were given a fan.
