Hotel close to the sea. Rooms small but clean. Could use a bit of paint and refurbishment.

The hotel was not average. The walls could use some attending to . The room it self was very clean. Service was less than friendly. Overall I would say not good value for the Euro. The hotel needs attending too. The only good thing about the hotel was location.

The hotel could do with a coat of paint in the rooms. Rubbish remained on the stairs in a bin for all the four days we were there.The staff were very helpful and the breakfast quite good. not bad for the price and in a good location handy for the tram.

Office staff were friendly and spoke good English (very helpful), the room and ensuite were clean and 'cosy', (no remote control for TV), but carpets and common areas were in need of a clean and upgrade, the lift worked but was old, dirty and a little noisy. Very good access to the tram which took us to The Hague & Delft quickly and easily. Easy access to the beach and boulevade with plenty of places to eat, but cool weather meant we didn't spend much time there.
