Location
The Swissotel is situated above Myers, one of Australia's most iconic department stores. It is an easy walk to Darling Harbour, home to attractions such as Sydney Wildlife World and Sydney Aquarium.

We had a absolutely wonderful stay at the swissotel. Could not ask for any better. The staff were fantastic in every way and the location was brilliant. It was an easy walk to Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and the Rocks. The room was very big with a lovely big bathroom which suited us perfectly. Will definitely stay there next time.

A great location close to everything, including the bus stop for a free CBD tourist shuttle, and was good value. Friendly, helpful staff, our request for 2 double beds was granted so no horrible fold up bed for my child as she was given in another hotel previously. Great amenities including a pool and spa, and when we visited it was hot, so my young daughter enjoyed the dip [and the special stripey guest towels]. My only, very small small complaint was the air con - stuffy and hot without it on during the night, but even on low, it was freezing. There were no top sheets so it was either having a heavy doona on you, or having nothing on you! Very minor complaint really overall.

Our room had a lovely view of Hyde park and the city. The bar area was awesome and the pool was lovely. Their were a few little hiccups which the staff quickly rectified. Great place ot stay for state theatre and shopping as everything is on your door step.

Rien à redire : tout était PARFAIT ! Le personnel était très aimable et chaleureux. Je le recommande vivement ! Sûr que j'y retournerai dès que l'occasion se présentera.
