Location

We had such a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms are fantastic, the location is awesome and everything about this place is incredible value for money - for the price, there is no better. We couldn't believe we got such a great deal on a five star hotel! The staff are wonderful too and will attend to anything that you need. It's right on Namba station and above a Takashimaya department store so you are close to everything you need and then only a 3-5 minute walk along Midosuji to get to Doutonbori which has outstanding places to eat and things to see.

Nothing but praises for this hotel. Location is fantastic - it sits on top on Namba station, which is easily reached via the Airport Express (4 stops only, takes 39 mins). Note : do not take the normal train from the airport as there are more than 15 stops. The hotel sits smack in the Namba district where the main shopping and sightseeing attractions are (Shinsaibashi, Namba Walk, Takashimaya, Tower Records, etc). Service is excellent as the staff speak English and are very helpful. Rooms are very good and well-maintained (renovated recently). Things to improve : maybe the shower facilities as the bathtub is not fully enclosed by the glass panel, and there is a cold draft when soaping. Also, no complimentary mineral water.

Just above the Nankai Namba railway station, not too far from the JR and Osaka Subway network. And right next to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi areas.

Would highly recommend this hotel!! Great location with loads of food n shopping options around the hotel.... Direct express train access to Kansai Airport as well...

Stayed 2 nights part of hotel package in unrenovated rooms on Level 26,bathroom quite dated but offset by room size and great location. We arrived via Kansai Airport 8 pm and got to hotel in 2 minutes after catching a 50 minute train with minimal wait. Hooray!! Returned after 3 nights in Kyoto, stayed extra 2 nights - stayed in renovated rooms which were totally awesome (with free WIFI and weith Nespresso machine as well this time)- Advantage room. Again, we caught 9.30 am flight to leave so getting to airport easily was priortiy. Overall, highly recommended though we would have loved to use swimming pool which we had to pay extra for and which we did not consider good value. Hotel breakfast expensive too for US $30 each.
