Very enjoyable stay - the executive lounge has to be the best I've encountered in terms of service, support, refreshments. A great place to do business out of.

We were given a room on a smoking floor and did not like this. They sprayed the room and it was better but still not acceptalble for a non smoker

the hotel is clean. front desk service staff is good and fast when check-in and check-out. the gym is nice with sufficient equipment for a good workout. the coffee house serves very nice congee and noodles.

As always, this hotel provides friendly and efficient service. I always enjoy staying here. Very close to underground station, therefore very good access to Bangkok.

Very close to the Huai Kwang MRT. The room is great and clean. The package I've gotten did not come with breakfast so I couldn't comment on it.
