Wery good hotel, exelent lokation, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Highly recommended for all types of travellers. The location is very convenient - right in the centre of the main shopping strip and 5-10min walk from the Zoo station. Taxi from Central Station costs about 11 euro and taxi to Schonefeld airport costs about 50 euro. Staff are very friendly and helpful; we were overwhelmed the minute we entered the hotel. There's nothing much to complain about the hotel, except for the lack of free in-room wifi.

Nice staff, always ready to help. Good breakfast buffet. Hotel located very close to U-tube and traffic was not desturbing as Augsburgstrasse is not that busy. Walking distancene to KaDeWe. Sightseing bus stops right outside the hotel aswell.

This was probably the best hotel i have ever stayed in and i have travelled quite a lot. The staff could not do enough for you without being overly smothering. The bar food was great the breakfast amazing, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The whole atmosphere and feel of the hotel was one of class. We intend to return to Berlin again and there is no where else i would stay it was a fantastic location.

Good location with nearby underground, on a lively shopping street with cafes for those who like them. Rooms fairly large, neat and quiet. Personnel were very helpful.
