Located at 62 Jalan Sultan, Swiss Inn is less than a kilometre from Jalan Petaling, the well-known Chinatown for bargain clothes and accessories. Kuala Lumpur's national day parade venue, Merdeka Square, Queen Victoria Fountain, Bukit Bintang and LRT Train Station Central Market are also at a convenient distance.

Overall - good Except family room (for 3 paxs) on 2nd floor without window and bathroom is small and wet the whole floor after shower.

I had been to the Swiss Inn before, because of the great location and the modest rates. The rooms were allways the down part. Dark, worn out, smelly. What a surprise; all the rooms have been renovated. They are almost Scandinavian styled, clean and fresh. In my room the air-conditioning sounded like a jumbo jet, but even that didn't take my satisfaction. Staff have been restyled too; friendly, helpful. The rates went up just a bit, but the value for money multiplied. Compliments to the management !

This hotel is really very good value for money, the staff are great and the room was exceptionally clean and roomy. If you are looking for comfort at at great price then book this hotel. Although chinatown can be a bit busy, this hotel allows you to cut yourself off from the hustle outside, you can unwind at the hotels bar or restaurant.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occassions. The hotel has recently been renovated and the colour scheme is VERY bright. The rooms are fresh and new but the size has not changed and the bathroom remain very very small. The location is great for shopping and eating as right in the middle of china town markets. The breakfast has definitely improved out of sight-the food is actually hot and they have an egg station now so you can get an omelette cooked. Nice suprise. I will continue to use the hotel when it is convenient for me.
