Frontdesk staffs should be more efficient in providing check in during peak season. I waited 90 minute for checking in. The pillow case is smelly, we need to cover it with towel to sleep. However overall cleanliness was acceptable. It is a good hotel for family holiday.

Overall a nice place to stay. But need to pay more attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of The Garden Terrace restaurant.
