Frontdesk staffs should be more efficient in providing check in during peak season. I waited 90 minute for checking in. The pillow case is smelly, we need to cover it with towel to sleep. However overall cleanliness was acceptable. It is a good hotel for family holiday.

Rooms are ok but a bit dated, Interior looks very dark. Bathroom needs to be updated our sink was blocked. However the location and the facities are nice. We loved the SPA and enjoyed a fantastic treatment.

Location: The hotel is in front of the beach. Location was suitable for us - we were headed for Sg Lembing one day and Cherating's turtle sanctuary another. It was in between these 2 places. Only thing is that if you are not driving, there is hardly anywhere to eat and buy some snacks/convenience items, except within the hotel. Food: Food at stalls by the beach (set up by the hotel) was not very nice, except for the super fresh BBQ fish. Also tried room service. Nasi goreng(RM18) came in big portion of fried rice with lots of accompanying dishes (egg, chicken, prawns, satay). Tasted great! Also tried 'Beserah' restaurant about a 5 min drive on the left of the hotel. Food not nice and expensive (RM40/pax). Don't go. Service: One day we left the hotel at abt 5am in the morning. At our request, the hotel prepared breakfast beautifully in a few containers in a plastic bag w drinks for each of us at 4am. Really sweet. Room and facilities was ok, reasonably good.

The hotel is well located close to the beach albeit a public beach that is rather bare and with water sport operators that do not operate within demarkated area, hence posing a threat to swimmers. Also a big point of complaint is the poor service at the reception. They do not seem to know what they are doing and are slow to response to customers. It took us more than 30 minutes standing at the counter before they told us that they do not have the room category that we booked. Horrid. Any attempt to engage them in English was also met with frustration as they, at least the ones we spoke to, response in Malays...............

Booked a Sea View Double Room which I admit is not really very Sea View as it was blocked by really tall trees near the beach. You could get the view at the common corridor. So no point paying premium for it. We stayed during the New Year season and wow the breakfast queue was like half hour (think they throw in free breakfast for every body under the sun) and the food was really bad. Chaotic event with screaming kids. Big boo boo there. The spa packages are pretty expensive in local terms so we didnt try any. Room was quite spacious and nice. Overall an average experience.

Very good hotel especially when it can cater last minute booking. Very efficient indeed. I booked through your website in the morning and check in in the late afternoon. Surprisingly my booking was there and checked in without any problem. Well done.

Check-in staff took about 20 mins to locate our reservation. The outdoor breakfast area was exposed to morning sun, too hot. This is not good. Hotel should so something about it. Kitchen/cafe staff was not enthusiatic about service, probably overworked over the weekend holidays. The location is actually excellent with good facilities but the standard of this resort need upgrading. Old rooms are of mediocre standard, walls and corridors are simply paint finish.

Official check in time is 3 pm but our room only ready by 4.30 pm. Also no towels in the room and have to call twice to get them. Also limited parking spaces. Good location (10 minutes drive from town) and the beach very nearby. Kids has lots of fun with the hermit crabs on the beach.
