Checkin process was slow and rather inefficient. Bags delivered to room took 20+ minutes!! Staff attitudes are less than helpful and friendly. Even though only been open 18 months it is starting to look neglected in some areas.

I don’t usually give review but If i could, i would rate this hotel and the staffs a negative rating. Travelled in a group of 5 and reached the hotel at 12 pm. Despite requesting for early checked in, we were not given the room as it was not available yet. We don’t mind waiting but the attitude of the staff was horrible. When we showed him the hotel voucher, he seem surprise on why are are we checking in at that time and told us that there are no room while pointing to a group of traveler, saying that others are also waiting and we should just wait. His attitude was very very poor and does not seem willing to serve us. We asked for a estimation of time, he reply he don't know, we asked if we could leave our number behind and that if he could call us when there are rooms, he said no he would forget. Other hotel would probably check in your name, leave your baggage there, go take a walk and be back at a certain time, but not this hotel, they simply ask you to wait there in the lobby. We waited for half an hour more before we request to leave our bag there as we could not stand waiting there like some idiot. We went out for an hour and finally got a room at almost 2. We were told that the baggage would e sent to our room but we waited for almost an hour and nothing was sent up, despite 2 phone call and asking the housekeeper. In the end, we went down and saw the baggage still at the holding area, untouched and with no intention of being sent up. We requested for addition bed during the reservation and I even emailed the hotel 2 weeks before to confirm that there will be no additional charges when we reach there. However, not only did we not get the bed, we were told to pay extra 200 plus rm for two night. We did not give in and I requested to speak to the duty manager. Miss rini, to her credit, came to our room in a short while and listen to my feedback on all the previous issues. Although she seems understanding, all she could do was provide an extra blanket and pillow for our extra person who has to sleep on the couch. Just when we thought that was the all of the problem, more incident happen that made me regret so much coming to this hotel. The first day breakfast was fine but on the 2nd day, we went down at 9am and saw that the restaurant was packed and was told To leave our name and room number to place a reservation so that they could call us when they have a table for us. Waited for half an hour but there was nothing. We went down at 10am (the breakfast ends at 1030am) and saw that there was a long queue and it is still packed. We ask the same waitress regarding the booking and she actually has the cheek to reply that they do not make reservation for breakfast and we have to join the queue if we want to eat. Finally the manager saw us and got one table for us. Everyone else was panicking and grabbing all the food they could as the breakfast ends in half an hour and all there was left was sausage, bee hoon and toast. I have never seen a hotel so unorganise, did they not foresee such problem beforehand? Later that night, we went for a drink at the blue chip lounge, which was suppose to close at 1am. The waitress came over at 1220, leave the bill at our table and walked away. We got the hint and paid the bill immediately. There was suppose to be some change given back but we waited for 15 minutes but nothing was given. We went to the counter asking for the receipts and the same waitress give the irritated face and mumber something while digging the receipt out of the rubbish bin. The manager asked if she gave us back the change and she actually said yes. That was really the last straw for us and we simply took the receipt and walked away, feeling that there is no point arguing with them. The only positive thing i could say is the nice pool and room (although it was quite poorly maintained even thought this hotel was quite new). The staff (especially the receptionist) does not match the standard of the hotel and i feel this i

Room is big & spacious. Cleanliness of the bedsheets, pillows, sofa and the room in tip-top condition. Food is Heaven, Lots of Choices!!! This is my 2nd stay and would surely stay there again.

Type of apartment provided what not what we booked and paid extra for as it was not available. The apartment was set up for two but there was three of us and it took several days before they got this right and it was not the cleanest environment. The hotel/residences do not provide all facilities advertised and some staff do not have a good command of English.
