Arrived on 3 Dec 2011 from NZ. Stayed one night in this hotel. The room is a bit smelly and dirty. Carpet is worn out. the next morning toilet blocked the staff brushed it and left the dirty brush on the bench. Worst is dirty water flooded the toilet and we had to use public toilet. Left the hotel disapointed

I was put into the new section of the hotel, on the 28th floor, which was opened approximately three months ago. To get between the two sections you have to travel across a connecting bridge, up one level and then back down, a bit of a track. Initially the door key wouldn't work but after three attempts I got in. No soap was present on arrival as well. You have to ask for milk for your tea or coffee as well and you will be charged for this. Otherwise the hotel is modern and conveniently located. Also note that there was no phones in the business centre, which was unusual.

The hotel was in a great location~~~( however, they were no perks given esp since we had to check out early!!! We gave the hotel a 2 full day stay. I totally did not appreciate the mistreatment.

The location of Swiss-Garden is perfect, shopping malls and China Town are nearby at walking distant. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to family suite (room 1111) which looks great. I highly recommend this hotel and would probably come again!
