I found staff friiendly and helpfull. Restaurant at hotel was very good, chinese and european food very good.

Much nicer inside than suggested by area of town. Helpful staff. Lovely big beds which were comfortable. Further from the centre of town and the river than we had hoped. There is a type of supermarket almost next door if you have forgotten some small items.
