pooor hotel the bad part of my holiday. everything are :(

1- no one welcome us when we arrived."we check in 2 time in our holiday but the booking was nonrefundable" 2- the deluxe room was like a motel "the total size of the room are smaller then the bathroom in the suite" 3- dirty even when we change to a suit. 4- the breakfast poooooor

Swiss Bay Hotel rooms are spacious and very nice to stay. Swimming pool at terrace is very nice.

The hotel room was excellent but the view from the room was not as nice since the location is quite far from the beach. Friendly staff and excellent facilities.

we really enjoyed our time at Swiss Belhotel. Service was great - nothing was too hard for the staff there. We arrived early in the morning and they let us check in, we got upgraded from deluxe room to the 1 bedroom suite. The people were lovely. Breakfast was nice enough. Room was clean. They even made us up a breakfast box for us to take with us on the morning we left as we had an early flight and would have missed out on breakfast otherwise. It is pretty far from anything but the views are beautiful, plus they have free shuttle buses running to kuta and the beach daily. we will definitely be coming back!
