Located in the centre of Bedford, the Swan Hotel Bedford, a delightful 18th century property is only a few miles from Luton Airport, 40 minutes by train to central London and only an hour drive from the university towns of Oxford and Cambridge.

Swan Hotel Bedford Guest Reviews
A fabulously gracious building with beautiful in keeping interior decor of common areas and rooms. The river location is wonderful and with tea terraces which overlook the river the ambience is great. The complimentary parking is a great plus - some city centre hotels charge upto £15 for overnight parking and that's with discounts - the ready availability of free parking at the Bedford Swan Hotel makes room prices even more competively priced. Be advised that river view rooms are at a premium and need to specifically be requested. An enjoyable comfortable stay, with modern but tasteful rooms - although the bathroom was a little dated - bathroom lighting was dim and the fixtures a little dated in styling, courteous and helpful staff. Add to that a stylish, bar, pool and jacuzzi and I can't help but recommend highly.
