i was reasonably pleased with the hotel the restaurant staff were polite and helpful the only problem that i found was that the in house phone in my room(76) did not work and when i requested that it be fixed it was still not working when i checked out

Hotel is a bit tatty, but location, price and service are good. This time I stayed on the 5th floor and street noise was minimal. The room was a decent size and kept clean. Free airport shuttle and buses to Angeles and Subic Bay make this place very convenient if you are just transiting through Manila. Wifi in the restaurant is very fast and reliable too. And they had the Test cricket on the big screen!!!

The service by the staff and location along with price are great. For a family on a budget I can complain for the price. The facilities are shotty (some rooms are nice) and other are not up to standards. but I get what I pay for. Not the staff is more than willing to help and always there to accomidate. The location is great cause it is right by the US embassy and close to the Mall of asia.
