Sutera Harbour Resort Kota Kinabalu Guest Reviews
Generally, Sutera Pacific is a good hotel with reasonable 5-star facilities, e.g. plentiful swimming pools, many F&B outlets (good food) & a 27-hole golf course + great views across the harbour to the islands (request high floor, sea view). However, the service was 4-Star at best with attention to detail often lacking. No deal breakers but it's simply sub-standard for a true 5-Star rating. The only proper 5-Star hotels/resorts in KK appear to be the two Shangri-La properties but they're also more expensive.

This is a very nice hotel with very beautiful scenery... good for family as the facilities are good for family to relax & pass time...

The price I paid for the room is very expensive considering that the room is very old. Otherwise I have no other complains.

This trip is not as pleasant as upon check in at late evening, there is no face towel, hand towel and floor mat. There is also no hair dryer and some plugs and lights are also not working in the room we are staying. Housekeeping and room service are really slow.

it's a good getaway resort, not too far from the city, with hotel providing free city shuttle, making going down town for local taste more convenience. hospitality is bit poor, receptionist talks to guest without a smile and not very helpful. swimming pool in Pan Pacific have low maintenance, sharp edge on pool bed, dangerous to be step on.
