I had a great room, very large, and a king size comfortable bed. Was handy to everything you needed while staying in Chiang Mai - eateries, markets, transport, banks, shops. I would stay here again.

generally ok. Since it was under renovation, most of the public facilities are closed, making it less convenient.

Was staying there during the recent flooding. The staff was very kind in arranging for a truck to ferry us across the road to Le Meridian Hotel where the conference was held. Staff was very helpful & courtious in handling our enquiries.

The hotel is under renovation when we stayed here but the staff ensure that no inconvenience is caused to the guests and this is very impressive. Good variety of food at breakfast and the rooms are very good, with modern features and large bathroom. Excellent location right next to the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and within walking distance of great restaurants. I cannot wait to see what the hotel will look like after the renovations. Had a great stay here and surely recommend this hotel.

This is an old hotel so carpets are stained but beds and bathrooms are very clean. The breakfast is great and other buffets are good at low price. The location is great for tourist its next to huge shopping area with food to fit any taste available. The priceing through [website] is very good.

Generally the hotel is value for money. The only set back is the bathroom and sanitary wares are too old already and need up grading.

Room was not satisfactorily cleaned. I paid almost USD50 per night and that was not cheap, thus the fact that hotel charged for daily packets of tea and sugar is totally calculative on their part. Food was the same every day & not much choices. At the centre of night bazaar also was nothing to shout about as goods were mostly fake and most of them selling the same thing.

if you can get it cheap through a site like this then it's an ok option .Rooms rather old and tired with various cost saving bodges as things have failed over the years. Usual flash lobby area designed to create a feeling of class but delve deeper and you'llsee the reality. Breakfast quite good .Tv has no watchable channels in english .

The breakfast buffet was great. TWe enjoyed swimming in the pool. The bathrooms were old, but clean. The A/C worked well, and we didn't have the problem of a smoky-smelling room that we had encountered in Bangkok. I would return to this hotel.

Hotel is located in the central part of town, with easy access to Night Bazaars and restaurants. Airport is 10-15 minutes away so there is no need to put aside 2-3 hours for travelling time. The hotel is not very luxurious but generally clean. Good value given the location!

Location is perfect. Room is spacious, but I don't think they should have charged for the coffee/tea sachets in room. 50 Baht for a cup of coffee which you make yourself, ridiculous!!!
