Apartment was like a cleaned up murder sceen - stained carpets, marked walls........ Luckily the manager offered a full refund and we left and booked in to another hotel. DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDED

The Managers of this hotel are absolutely unbelievably rude. They are never at reception and uncontactable. We could not contact them to arrange for air conditioning which costs an extra $10 per night. Our room was dirty, somebody elses socks left behind along with soap scum in the shower. All taps leaked and were hard to turn off and off, yet there were still signs asking us to be "waterwise". The washing machine and dryer did not work, the phone and intercom did not work. When speaking with the Managers about these items and giving them first hand feedback they were not interested and told me I was "nitpicking" I would definately not visit again, due to the poor service and attitude received from the staff.

It was the best value for money on our holiday. everything was perfect. the air conditioning cost is a little over the top and should be included in price, especially during summer. after all, the cost over three nights was $302.54 so an additional $30 dollars added to the price is still very good value. The reason i know this is because i stayed at another accommodation before arriving at Surfers del Rey, which was over priced and below a reasonable standard for the price charged.

the cooking utensils were very worn out but the crockery was fine. Dripping tap in bathroom and no extra supplies given. still a good place for a short break
