I must say the photos on the website must have been taken from a different room to the one we stayed in as the decor was pretty poor and well overdue for a makeover. The whole building looked like it was in ugent need of some TLC. The staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful but the amenities looked like they were set up for schoolies and not for other guests.

The outdoor furniture needs updating and glass wine glasses not plastic should be available. You can get much better value so shop around. Surf club on Garfield Ave was awesome

I loved that I could see the beach from the couch. Pool was nice and it was easy to walk to Broadbeach or Surfers.

I just checked in this apartment yesterday and I noticed my 2-room apartment is only partial ocean view from balcony, about 10% ocean view, the rest is city view. When I booked tthe apartment, it said ocean view. So i requested to change room but the apartment management said that all apartments are ocean view and only that I was unfortunate to be given with less ocean view. I raised complaint to this hotel agency and to my dissapointment, this hotel agency agreed with the management that my apartment is ocean view although only 10% ocean view. They said they couldn't do anything to help me to change the room.

We had a great time. Location means easy to get to Broadbeach for dinner and also to Surfers. Pool and spa was fine. Room was quiet and had everything we needed.
