SurfAir Marcoola Beach Resort Guest Reviews
Was disappointed to find that after requesting a room with a view of the ocean that we ended up with a view of a tin roof overlooking the road with a view of the service station especially when the hotel wasn't full. Then upon sitting on the bed noticed a large dead cockroach under the spare bed. The two ladies at the front desk certainly need some training in how to make a person feel welcome irrespective of what the customer is bringing to their attention. The guy that brought our babies bed up to the room was very pleasant. Then upon making a booking for dinner, found out that the guy hadn't placed our reservation. Overall, nice location rooms need an upgrade, staff need training or replacing and hope you don't mind constructive criticism but believe honesty is the best policy.

A nice good-looking hotel both inside and outside. But the location is so close to the main road and airport that there's noise from the road even with few flights during night time. Very close to the beach and the outdoor swimming pool is pretty though I didn't get chance to swim during the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasent stay.

Poor service from Reception, phone didn't work properly, bathroom barely clean, Restaurant not good value for money. Basically I would say stay else where if possible.

Firstly, the staff service is good and warmly. The price is not too bad. BUT, the important is the room, really small , I booked is the ocean view room. In addition, the bed sheet ,pillow, quilt really bad quality , Feeling like touch a hedgehog. I just want a cotton one. so simply~~

We were married at Surfair and were returning for our 25th wedding anniversary. Despite indicating that we would be there at 2pm, our room wasn't ready which I thought was poor. The hotel room was small and the shower was tiny.
