We had a great week at Surf Parade Resort. The room was very comfortable, the view was magnificent and and the location was perfect. A short 10-minute walk to the restaurants of Broadbeach mall and a bit longer to Surfers Paradise. This made it perfect for going out, but put enough distance between us and the other tourist attractions to be able to relax in peace and quiet.

Relaxing, affordable,nice people,good size pool and private outdoor area, close to beach, down-town surfers nearby, no hassles and even allowed early check-in as room was ready. Would recommend to others,Cheers.

This was my second visit to the Surf Parade resort. We just love the location. It is an easy walk to either Surfers or Broadbeach. The resort itself has everything you need. The staff gave very good service but I think they need to be a bit friendlier and greet you instead of keeping their eyes glued to the computer screen.

For a simple place to stay, this resort is ideal. It has a well equipped kitchen with excellent new laundry facilities. Some of the finishes were a bit worn and the unit could do with a refurbishment sooner rather than later. The location places it between Surfers and Broadbeach and we enjoyed the flat walk to the great shops and cafes of Broadbeach rather than Surfers. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended as a good-value, well located place to stay.

It was a pleasure staying at The Surf Parade Resort, The staff were obliging, and friendly, Inside the rooms were clean, the pool was clean, nothing to complain about.
