Nice and clean fair cost for needs. We would stay again...Staff courteous and helpful..

The hotel was typical of super 8. Economical and clean. Nothing fancy. The staff made the stay pleasant and for that we'd go back. We originally were given a room that smelled stuffy and a little smokey but as soon as we called the front desk to ask them about it, before we could ask for a new room they came up to the room with a new room key. We also needed utensils for some food we picked up at Trader Joe's and they were accommodating. The whole time we were there, even upon returning close to midnight there was parking. The evening/night/early morning staff are really the best part.

It's very near Bart station, so you can leave your car in front of the mall and be in the center of San Francisco in 18 minutes and avoid the problem of parking in SF. Probably the best hotel we've ever book on line.

I thought I had made a reservation of smoking-room ,but it seems my misunderstood. Location is good if you know the Freeway-raiout and have a car.

very nice hotel as long as room is in the rear facing west and not overlooking El Camino Real - the busiest street on the Peninsula - excellent customer service - within walking distance of Starbuck's, Tanforan Mall, restaurants, etc. great shuttle service to SFO
