My hotel stay was beyond horrible and uncomfortable. The staff members were not helpful and very rude/abrupt. Upon entering the room, it reeked of Brut (stinky men's aftershave) and the carpet was soiled and felt dirty to the touch. Needless to say I wore my flop flops the whole time. The shower head had a lime buildup which impacted the water pressure. I selected this hotel as I was in town for a concert. Although it's conveniently located and minutes from the AT&T Center, I'd rather drive across town than to stay here again.
