Did not like the mandatory $1.07 additional Charge, did not like the photo copying of my driver license, just a place for some rest, nothing more.

I was in the area on vacation and planning to go to the theme parks. Chose this hotel because I was on a budget. The room was clean and updated, execpt for the bathroom. For the price and location, the hotel was great. As a female staying alone I thought that the property is a lil dim at night. I also was not able to sleep past 4am due to my room being next to the loading/unloading dock of the neighboring grocery store. I was only there one night as my vacation plans got cut short unfortunately. Hopefully the grocery store doesn't get a delivery every day.

Only stayed one night but was very pleased with hotel staff and overall stay. Clean, spacious, quiet, updated furniture and no funny smells.

close to all attractions but sad cause never could use the pool not open late. breakfast could have been better no pastries from bakery just packaged items.make sure ur there before 9:00 They only change your sheets every two days if you stay more than a two days. If you reserved the days over a week and change your mind about the amount of time you want to spend there plan on loosing your money cause management will NOT work with you. even if you ask. You reserved it you pay for it. Pillows are very lumpy (very old pillows) Rooms are clean no bugs, Fridge will freeze everything good thing for those hot days. Will charge you for safe even if you don't use it dollar a day. Bathrooms need to be painted lots of mold. maintance did excentlent job keeping outside area clean and were very nice too bad they didn't run the hotel ... You get what you pay for. Its not a bad place to stay if its for just a night old town Kissimmee is fun to see
