The hotel staff was great! They were friendly and accommodating. They had a shuttle to MOA but we did not use it. The mall was about 6 blocks away. The hotel was very easy to find and right off a main freeway. It was quiet, clean and well lit. The hot tub was clean and warm and just what was needed after a day of shopping. The breakfast was excellent. They have coffee around the clock. The bed was so soft and comfortable just like at home.

The hotel staff was professional, polite and better than most.. The hotel, for a Super 8 was superior to many other 8s I have stayed in. The dissapointment, however, was the fact that my Wyndham points did not apply. Although, I was immediately notified of that fact at check in, with a leaflet, I would not have made the reservation thru Cheap tickets if I had know that Wyndham would not give me points for my 3 day stay!..(which go to my frequent flyer miles). In addition to this critique, I wrote/emailed Wyndham the same annoying dissapointment. FYI I made my flight arrangements thru Cheaptickets and received my, as far as I know, Delta points.
