THIS HOTEL WAS RIGHT BEHIND A LIQUOR STORE AND HAD A FEW DRUNKS HANGING OUT FRONT WHEN MY FAMILY ARRIVED. IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING MY FAMILY FROM THE CAR TO THE ROOM, I, UNFORTUNATELY DROPPED A BANK ENVELOPE THAT HAD MY TRAVEL/SPENDING MONEY IN IT(ABOUT $400.00)!!!! I ASKED A FEW PEOPLE WHO HAD ARRIVED AROUND THE TIME MY FAMILY ARRIVED AND, OF COURSE, NO ONE SAW ANYTHING!!! THE ROOM, ALTHOUGH A NON-SMOKING ROOM, WAS STUFFY AND THE VENTILATION DID NOT HELP MY TWO KIDS WHO HAD SEVERE ALLERGIES. THE PRICE WAS GOOD, BUT DID NOT REALLY FEEL SAFE! CHECKED OUT RIGHT AFTER BREAKFAST!

the hotel was fine however when we checked in the attendant told us the price was $63.95. Then he continued reading the screen and found out that we had paid $82.00 thru Orbitz... he was so embarrassed and I was so upset. On a limited income, $20 could have bought an extra meal for my family during the trip. Last time I book thru them.
