I would highly recommend this hotel for its location near Shenzhen Airport. A generous western or Chinese breakfast is included for the room price, rooms are clean and roomy.

staff very unhelpfull , as unable to give me 50 rmb to pay taxi through my visa card , paid for internet in restuarant only to find out it was free service in room got ripped of by airport taxi //air con did not work will not stay gain woulf prefer the 30min ride into town to stray at a 4-5 star hotel

Overall a good experience. But the hotel was hard to reach by phone when we arrived late in the evening, did not assist us with transport to the hotel, and did not help us find how to reach the Ferry Terminal to Hong Kong airport even though they did post the schedule.

the hotel is actually better than I thought, but staffs there is not familiar with how the online booking system works, they even ask us to pay for the room stay again! Even though we had already paid online using credit card, so anyone who is willing to book this hotel, because take note.

Good transit location if you have an early flight. Service is good and room fairly big and spacious.
