I found the Sunshine Vista Apartments in Pattaya very clean, the staff very friendly and obliging and the price very good value for money

The rooms are spacious with balconies. We had breakfast included which was very good with plenty of variety. The hotel put on a cocktail evening whilst we were there and offered us free food and drink which was very nice as we have never stayed at a hotel that has offered this before! Would enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Stay here and enjoy. Breakfast up with the 5 star hotels. Excellent pool top floor and 3 minutes slow walking to the beach, Big C, restaurants and speedboats to the island Koh Larn.
