The staff of this Hotel can not be faulted in their effort to make our stay a pleasant one. While the hotel facilities are fairly average like most 3 stars hotels in Hanoi , our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, each and every one of the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were always polite, helpful and pleasant. This makes a huge difference. The location was brilliant, we were smack in the middle of the Old quarters where everything was close by.
