The least expensive property I could find. Excellent value compared with other properties. The room was fine and the manager was helpful. Parking was tight when I arrived; the manager called me as soon as parking opened up. The manager speaks English fluently, which is uncommon in Greater Los Angeles.

The room is not clean and the rest room is not properly cleaned. Hotel amenities, service was not good.

Great location, only few minuets walk from the main attractions of Hollywood. Good value for money. Only stayed for one night and got what we wanted. The lady at the reception wasn't too helpful but later got to talk to her husband and he was very helpful.
