"The 1st 2 rooms they showed us were filthy. The carpets were dirty with stains all over them. The manager said carpets are only cleaned once a week which is not good. The receptionist joked as we were showed to the 1st room that the carpet was a "little dirty". Any hotel staff member in a "supposed 5 star" hotel should be embarrassed to show a guest to a dirty room. That reflected badly on the hotel staff too. When they had no more other equivalent rooms, they tried to ask us to pay for an upgrade but we refused. In the end, to his credit, the manager did upgrade us for free to a room with wooden floors. It's an average 4 star but nowhere near a 5 Star hotel. Avoid."
