We cannot fault the hotel, staff or location. They were very friendly and helpful with tips on where to go and what to do they would arrange whatever you asked. The breakfast was excellent with good range and freshly cooked. The rooms were a good size and they were comfortable and gave you a good nights sleep which is amazing with the noise of Hanoi. The loction is right in the middle of the old town which is also great. Would recommend

This hotel is the only place to stay when visiting Hanoi. The location couldn't be better. You get the real feel of the city by staying right in the heart of it. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Their delicious breakfast is served in a pleasant setting at the rear of the reception area - complete with fish pond! We loved being able to walk to most of the things we wanted to see. The staff arranged a private junk cruise for us on Bai Tu Long Bay. We can't say enough good things about Sunny Hotel 3.

Perfect and quiet Hotel in the heart of Hanoi City. Nice, modern and new furnished rooms with TV-Box and double glased (must have when wanting to sleep in Hanoi). Perfect service (5 star) and excellent Buffet breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay there. Such a good value for money.

The hotel was in good shape, breakfast was good. Howver there needs to be some changes on bed lining not just fixing the beds. For a 3 star hotel is in a good shape.
