Key didn't work on the first try. Security guard was very helpful.

Upon arrival to my room maintenance was painting and replacing a switch in bathroom. When he was through I looked over the room and found the bathroom door would'nt close the toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet there was urine stains on side of sink cabinet(from the splash) and the tub had mold in it.....alot of mold! This was the worst room I have ever been in! Oh yea the room stunk and the A/C didnt work. I told the maintenance guy the A/C was not working and he said give it awhile....9 hours later the room got down to 75 degrees. Never again Sun Suites!

Had to wait 10 minute at reception desk for the reeption clerk. Rooms were dirty . found rouches on floor in one room. Second room had a nasty smell from the AC unit. when got down to recetion desk to request rooms change had to wait about 20/25 minutes for the reception to show up.After explaining the situation to the clerk. She told us she does not have other rooms avilable and if we could not stay in the same rooms we could leave. [...]. verydisappointing experience. Would not recommend.
