We had a 6 days 5 nights stay at the hotel. the room was pretty average and amenites were basic. Bedroom slippers are lousy rubber ones. Plus point is within walking distance of about 5-10 minutes to discovery mall but area was pretty boring and old. The hotel always push their taxi service to guests. Seimming pool is decent but was small. Breakfast is good though. If I were to choose, probably mercure hotel near the new shopping mall might be a better opton.

Good points: 1. New hotel therefore good amenities, nice pool 2. Excellent location (5min relaxed walking distance to Discovery Shopping Mall and the beach right behind it, Waterbom the waterpark, Arts market for great souvenir shopping, Kafe Batan Warun (excellent food I tell you) and 5min drive to the international airport) 3. Price is EXCELLENT too because we caught Hotele Club's Flash deal - we had a pool-facing room at only SGD70 per night! 4. We emailed the hotel to inform that we are there for our honeymoon - and they surprised us! With beautiful decorations swans made of towels, soft toy bears, and a beautiful bouquet of rose. We were so pleased. When we thought that was all, they surprised again that evening when 2 staff delivered a "honeymoon cake" to our room, all complimentary. So sweet they are :) Bad points: 1. Because of great location and price, there were many young (and rowdy) guests, a company retreat for around 30 staff, and even a wedding was held there when we were there. It was quite noisy even at 12 midnight because of the energetic youths and guests of different events! 2. Cleanliness - as with most new hotels, they are environmental and encouraged guests NOT to have their bedsheets changed daily. However, our bedsheet was partly soiled from the honeymoon cake we had, so we requested for bedsheet change DAILY (simply by placing the "change my bedsheet card" on the bed), but they didn't change the sheets until after our 3rd morning :( We know because we saw the same chocolate stain there even on the 3rd morning! 3. Also about cleanliness, there is something about the flooring of the hotel - it constantly felt sticky and dusty even after room service. I think the material of the flooring is not good. OVERALL, weighing pros and cons, I will still recommend my friends to this hotel!

Hotel is located near some great restaurants and plenty of shopping. It was noisy in the front rooms but quiet at the rear of the hotel so take ear plugs and all is good. Staff and very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was opened August 2011 and is still in a relatively new state. It is about 200 metres south of the Discovery Mall Shopping Centre and is also within walking distance of all the Kuta Square markets and shops (including Matahari). The staff were fantastic and there were lots of them. Waiting times at the reception and dining areas was only seconds before someone attended to you. The hotel closely surrounds the pool and some of the ground level rooms have direct pool access. If you want to choose when to sunbake then you will be disappointed because the sun only gets to the main sunbaking deck in the afternoon. However on a positive note , because the pool is intimately associated with the hotel rooms, lots of people use it well into the night because it's well lit and close to everything. We travelled with 2 other couples and one of us was lucky enough to get a room at the rear of the hotel where it was relatively quiet. However, the other 2 rooms were at the front which is only 20 metres from the street and we got a mix of music from downstairs and traffic noise. I blocked it out by wearing ear plugs but, if you don't, expect to hear the traffic noise well after midnight (Bali never really sleeps!). To be fair, the staff tried to change our rooms but, as the hotel was fully booked, nothing was available until the last few days. We decided to grin and bear it rather than re-pack our luggage and move. Would probably use this hotel again but only if a room at the back was guaranteed.

Hotel is in a good location but not close to the beach, you have to walk to discovery mall to get into the beach. The elevator is a bit different from other hotels, my room is in the 3 floor but i have to press the 2nd floor for elevator. The shower doesn't show any sign to tell you which side is hot / cold water.
