I enjoyed my stay there. As a budget hotel, I believe they have done a good job at providing adeqiate services and facilities for travelors. some simple things they provide such as slippers, hot and cold drinking water, ironing board and iron make my stay comfortable. Keep it up! The only thing is that although I was on the non-smoking level, I could smell cigeratte smoke on and off during my stay. The hotel may want to look into their ventilation system.

Very busy location with tons of traffic most of the time -- hence very difficult to drive to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is conceniently located close to the mall and Monash Uni. However, I discovered the bathroom floor, sink and commode is wiped clean/dry with the used bath towels which I thought was digusting! I know you should not expect too much from a budget hotel but this was too much to accept.
